At Greenbox, we believe that the freshest produce should not have to travel thousands of miles to reach your plate. Based in South Wales, we are an innovative farm dedicated to elevating the way our nation eats by providing a more reliable, sustainable food source.
By moving the farm indoors and using smart water-based systems, we save valuable arable land and use significantly less space than traditional farms. This allows us to ignore the unpredictable weather and focus on what matters: pure, vibrant greens grown with a tiny footprint.
We specialize in the indoor cultivation of premium hydroponic lettuce and specialty microgreens, harvested at their nutritional peak and delivered with maximum freshness.
Our Lettuce: We grow a range of premium leafy greens designed for superior crunch, colour, and shelf-life. By controlling every aspect of the environment, we produce lettuce that is consistently tender and high-quality year-round - completely free from the grit, pests, and pesticides often found in field-grown crops.
Our Microgreens: These "superfoods" are much more than a garnish. Despite their small size, they are packed with up to 40 times more nutrients than their mature counterparts. We cultivate our diverse selection using organic coconut coir, a sustainable husk-based soil alternative that ensures a clean eco-friendly growth cycle. This allows for a concentrated burst of flavour and a powerful nutritional boost to any culinary creation.
