Greenbox was founded by Paul Langford, who built and ran The Yard in Cowbridge for eight years and took it to No.1 on TripAdvisor locally. Too much of the produce he bought travelled a long way and arrived tired, so Greenbox grows it here instead: microgreens and salad leaves, grown indoors in Llantwit Major and harvested the day you need them.
