Refund Policy
Our produce
Our salad leaves and microgreens are fresh, perishable food. They are cut to order and cannot be resold once they have left us. For that reason, produce cannot be cancelled or returned because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if something is wrong with your order.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, short or not as described, please email paul@greenbox.wales within 24 hours of delivery and before the best-before date. Tell us your name, the delivery date and which product is affected, and include a photo if you can.
We will then replace the item with your next delivery or refund you for it, whichever you prefer.
Refunds, trade customers and your rights
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
If you buy from us on a trade account, the same process applies unless your trade agreement says otherwise.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
